  Robert Goodwin, Jr  
  Robert brings 20+ years of experience to land management and the agricultural industry. He began his career as an operations manager for the 1981 start-up team of Tanimura & Antle, now the leading worldwide independent producer of fresh vegetables. In 1985 Robert returned to San Francisco to manage real estate and pursue his MBA. After earning degree in International business, Robert spent 10 years in the technology industry providing consulting services to organizations such as Stanford University, Genentech, UCSF and British Telecom. Robert returned to agriculture in 1998, consulting on the Salinas Valley Water Project. In 2001, he founded the Cooper Land Corporation, which manages closely held, prime agricultural ranches in the Blanco region of the Salinas Valley. In 2003, he developed consulting program for the purpose of implementing organic farming systems based upon ecological and bioregional strategies. In 2006 he founded the Vallejo Foundation, a public charity specializing in cultural community development.
